Preserving Wisdom, Restoring Land, Securing Food Sovereignty
The Farmwise Project aims at preserving indigenous farming knowledge and applying it through agroecological practices to restore degraded land, maintain healthy ecosystems, and secure food sovereignty for communities. This wisdom is passed down from elders, embedded in cultural traditions, shared among peers, and/or innovated out of necessity when farmers face challenges. By we working with farmers and experts, this information is collected, validated and documented into practical, farmer‑friendly guides. These resources safeguard cultural heritage while empowering farmers to regenerate soils, protect biodiversity, and strengthen resilience against climate change.
